• We choose suitable suppliers on the basis of the principle “Total Cost of Ownership”.
• We continuously measure supplier performance (e.g. delivery liability, delivery flexibility, quality of received goods, communication service) and communicate the measured values to our suppliers.
• We improve supplier performance through mutual development projects.

Globalisation

• We take advantage of international markets for purchase and procurement (e.g. in Asia) to leverage optimal world market prices.

• We create uniform purchasing processes in all areas of our Group which purchase goods and services.
